How to work with me
People come to work with me because they feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break—whether it’s procrastination, self-sabotage, relationship struggles, addiction, or a deeper sense of disconnection from themselves.
They often know what they should do but feel blocked from actually doing it.
My approach is about uncovering and integrating the split parts of the mind that create inner conflict. Rather than just managing symptoms, I help clients get to the root of what’s really driving their behavior. This process leads to clarity, ease, and the ability to take meaningful action without the usual internal resistance.
Clients often say they truly understand themselves for the first time, and that our work gives them deeper insight—not just intellectually, but in a way that shifts how they experience life. Whether they’re looking for practical solutions, emotional healing, or spiritual growth, they find that this work creates lasting change where other approaches have fallen short.

Join my talks and ask me questions directly
Each week I offer a public talk followed by a question and answer session live by way of Zoom. If you are interested in joining live, you are welcome to do so. If you are not yet signed up for my mailing list, sign up now, and you'll get regular email messages containing the information for how to join the live meetings on Thursdays.

Booking your first session or dropping in as needed

I offer One-to-One sessions for a fee of €150. You can schedule a session using my scheduling tool located at the bottom of this page. I allow scheduling of appointments up to two weeks in advance.
If you don't see any current availability on my calendar, it means that all spots are booked for the next two weeks. Check back again soon and you may find more availability. To help, I also send an email update every two weeks should spaces be available. So, if you're signed up to my mailing list and see that email, click on it and book your session. Or just remember to check the site regularly.
The sessions you can book through my website are for people who want an initial session or for people who want to drop in occasionally without a commitment to a schedule for therapy (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc). This can be a good option if you feel you simply need a solution to an immediate issue or problem you’re dealing with.

Regular Sessions & Fee Discount
If you want an ongoing regular session time with me, we can choose a day/time in our initial session. This can be weekly, bi-weekly, or otherwise. Or, if you don't need an initial session and already want to book a regular time, you can email me directly (david@drdavidmaloney.com) with the email title “Regular Sessions”.
Once you have a regular time, you won't need to book sessions through the site; I will send you invitation links personally.
Clients who wish to commit to a regular timeslot receive a discounted fee of €125 for each session. I send invoices for each session and they can be paid very easily online.
I offer this lower fee for a few reasons. Firstly, it helps with the financial commitment involved with therapy. Secondly, many issues cannot be resolved in isolated sessions, and I want to encourage people to take on those issues with effective guidance and strategies. While this discount is for those committing to ongoing sessions, there is no strict number of sessions you need to commit to.
