Seriously, I can honestly say that since I developed my approach to compassion-focused personal productivity, I have never procrastinated, not even once. It's been years now.
Those that have read my books or watched my videos also testify that the methods and principles work. This is not the same old stuff you've heard before...hustle, be accountable, push yourself, get organized, make a detailed plan....etc....etc....
This is personal productivity 2.0, a completely different approach to overcoming action paralysis and doing the things in life that actually make an emotional difference for you.
The problem is that while these ideas work, the sheer volume of messaging to the contrary, that old out-dated conditioning of force, coercion and control, is simply everywhere. And that's where this group can help.
To think and behave differently, we need to be exposed to new thinking and new ideas. The more exposure, the better.
This group serves as an antidote to the messaging and dysfunctional thinking that caused us all to struggle with personal productivity to begin with. You'll have more exposure to different attitudes and strategies. These strategies work and above all else, are actually enjoyable.

Our group meets once a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It’s an inviting and flexible space—easy to join, and you’re welcome to leave whenever you feel it’s the right time for you. There’s no pressure to commit long-term; this is about meeting you where you are and supporting you as you go.
